1. ) Choose and organize your photos. We ask that you place the photos in the order you want them to appear in your slideshow and number them with a post-it or by writing on the back of the photo with a ball point pen. 2.) Choose your music. You may either supply your own music or we can purchase your music of choice at the cost of $2.00 per song. 3.) Choose your title and closing text.
If your photos are in .jpg format, please name them by number according to the order they are to appear in the slideshow (ex: 001, 002, 003...). You can either burn them to a CD and mail them to us or create a free account at www.snapfish.com and share your album with us by using our e-mail address info@treasuredkeepsakedvd.com.
4.) Place your order. Complete our order form and return to us through e-mail or print it out and mail it to us along with your photos and/or music.
If you plan to return your order form through e-mail, please complete the form, then click on File, Save As, save to your desktop, and then attach in an e-mail to us at info@treasuredkeepsakedvd.com. Please do NOT attempt to send as an e-mail directly through the form.
Normal turnaround time is 14 days from the time we receive your photos. Memorial slideshows can be completed in 24-48 hours of the time we receive your pictures if arrangements are made for pickup and delivery of your photos and DVD.
If you are located in the Chicagoland area, we would be happy to make arrangements to meet with you in person to take possession of your photos.
If you plan to ship your photos to us, please understand that you are doing so at your own risk and that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your photos while they are in transit. It is recommended that you place them in a zip-loc bag before putting them in a photo envelope or small box to best protect them. Please purchase pre-paid return postage from your local post office and include with your shipment to us to cover the cost of returning your original photos to you.
